Thai Immigration considers two groups: those on overstay who turn
themselves to the authorities and those who are arrested for
overstaying.
A: In the first group, who clear at a border check point:
Less than 90 days = no Black List, fine, daily THB500.-, max THB20,000.-
more than 90 days = 1 Year
more than 1 Year = 3 Years
more than 3 Years = 5 Years
more than 5 Years = 10 Years
B: Those arrested on the street, etc and prosecuted:
less than 1 Year = 5 Years
more than 1 Year = 10 Years
